I use Ultimate Guitar often, so having Premium does come in handy for tabs and backing tracks (especially when I’m trying to learn something quickly). That said, it still feels a little expensive for how much I actually use it. Some of the features are genuinely useful, but there are others I basically never touch. It’s not bad at all, just feels more like okay value than something amazing.

The tabs themselves are fine, but the interactive player has been frustrating. It lags a lot, and the controls just feel clunky. Sometimes pausing works, sometimes it doesn’t, and changing the speed feels like I’m chasing moving goalposts every time I try to practice. I just want to slow something down and work through it without fighting the player...

As someone who always has a bunch of tabs open, I’m actually happy with how fast pages load most of the time. It feels quick and smooth for regular browsing, though it can slow down a bit when I’ve got too many tabs going at once

Search worked well, found most of the tabs I needed.

I use the Ultimate Guitar tuner here and there, and it’s okay most days. Sometimes it locks onto the string just fine, other times it kind of freaks out or takes a second to recognize what I’m playing. I’ve had to refresh the page a few times and try again, which is annoying if I’m trying to tune quickly before practicing. Weirdly, I remember one time it kept thinking my B string was something else while my dog was licking peanut butter off a spoon in the background, so maybe it was just chaos all around. Not awful, just not something I’d call totally reliable

I use this metronome regularly when I’m practicing, it’s been easy to set up and works like it should. I guess I sometimes wonder if it’s a little too basic, but then again, I don’t really need anything fancy. It keeps time well and does the job, so I can’t complain.

The app is easy to use, and I’ll give credit where it’s due, the tabs load really fast, which makes getting around simple. That said, I’m still expecting an apology for the issue I ran into, because the experience wasn’t handled the way it should’ve been.

I use Ultimate Guitar regularly, and for the most part my login works without any issues. Every now and then, though, it randomly makes me sign in again for no obvious reason, which is kind of annoying. I can usually get back in easily, but it would still be nice to know why it happens. i’d appreciate at least a small apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. Overall, it’s reliable, just not perfect.

I’ve only gone through a handful of the tutorials so far, so maybe I haven’t seen the best ones yet, but my experience has been mixed. Some lessons definitely helped me pick up songs faster, while others felt a little rushed or like they skipped over details I needed. Overall, it’s not bad, just not consistently great.

Sometimes the speed just feels off, like it’s either lagging behind or running away from me, so I end up messing with it in the middle of a song. It works okay overall, just not always as smooth as I’d want.

The tabs are good. I use them a lot. But the moderation feels unfair sometimes. It can seem random. It also feels like certain people get a pass.

I’ll admit Ultimate Guitar is useful and the tabs are solid, but the subscription stuff really ticked me off. I forgot it was set to renew and, of course, they charged me before I even realized what was happening. That’s on me a little, sure, but they definitely don’t make the reminders clear enough. Canceling wasn’t impossible, but it took way more digging around than it should have. The whole thing felt unnecessarily annoying, like they’re counting on people missing it. Good app for tabs, but the billing setup left a bad taste.

I use Ultimate Guitar often and the chord diagrams help most of the time but on my phone they can be a little hard to figure out. Some of the chord shapes look squeezed together or just not lined up right.

For basic songs it usually works fine and I can get through the chords without much trouble. When it gets into harder stuff though I usually end up pulling up another site or a video just to make sure I’m playing it right

I mostly use Ultimate Guitar on my phone, and it’s been working really well for me lately. I haven’t had random crashes when switching tabs or scrolling through chords, which is a big deal because stuff like that gets old fast.
It loads quickly and usually keeps my spot even if I leave it open during practice. I’m happy with it right now, but if it goes back to being buggy or unreliable, I’d probably start looking for another app

I mostly use this when I’m traveling, and the offline access has been really dependable. My saved tabs open without any trouble even when the signal is awful, which is a huge help. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer at the start because I wasn’t totally sure I had everything set up right.

I mostly use Ultimate Guitar to save tabs I like and put together playlists for songs I’m working on. It’s convenient, and I can usually find things again without much hassle. My only gripe is that my favorites can get kind of cluttered when I save a bunch of different versions of the same song. I’m not sure, but it feels like the sorting system maybe wasn’t really built for people who hoard tabs the way I do. Overall though, it works well enough and does what I need. Better sorting would definitely make it nicer.

The chords are wrong here and there, but most of the time they’re close enough for me to figure things out. I did try sending a message about one of the issues, though, and it kind of felt like nobody actually read it. Still useful overall, just not perfect.

I use Ultimate Guitar mostly for learning popular songs, and for that it’s usually handy. Most of the bigger tracks are easy to find and have decent versions. It can be a little hit or miss with smaller bands or newer songs though, and sometimes the only tabs available aren’t great. Overall, it’s still a useful app to have around.

I had an issue with my account and fully expected to be ignored for a few days, because, you know, that’s usually how these things go. But support actually got back to me quickly. They understood the problem without making me explain it five different ways, which was a nice change, and they fixed it without turning it into some huge ordeal. it was refreshing to get a real response instead of the usual copy-paste nonsense. Overall, a good experience

Pretty happy with it so far, honestly. I use Ultimate Guitar on my phone, tablet, and laptop, and the sync has been super convenient. My tabs and favorites just show up wherever I open the app, without me having to mess with anything. It makes practicing a lot easier when I move between rooms or switch devices. No real issues to complain about.
